Network Losses (NL) Organization exists to monitor and control operationally controllable defects that results into financial loss to the company presented in inventory overwrite or customer concessions.

NL Area Manager is a central operations role That will work daily with field operations, security team, customer service, packaging and vendor managers to look into input metrics and earlyy signals and put a plan across to control and reduce the defect.

Key job responsibilities
1) Define operational input metrics; including design of dashboards, review decks, RACI.
2) Set target for these inputs that should tie back to output metric target.
3) Assess cost opportunity for the metrics and find turn arounds to reduce tradeoffs.
4) Design mechanism to deliver on these inputs including training materials, training plans, visibility, review cadences,..etc.
5) Align these metrics with targets with stakeholders and track adoption.
6) Re-iterate via monthly exercise to review inputs correlation to outputs.
