    Key Accountabilities

    • Create and maintain all relevant documentations, project plans, status of tasks within the specified stream of work and provide reports to team management as required.
    • Undertake revisions of established process models / Architecture / methodologies half yearly, perform revisions / modifications / updates as required.
    • Learn and Apply Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools to identify issues / bottlenecks in the processes, identify root causes and provide recommendations to eliminate them to achieve continuous process improvements along assigned business verticals.
    • Manage an assigned business vertical to build awareness of process excellence and in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
    • Facilitate cross functional process review projects and communicate progress appropriately to the management. 
    • Facilitate and work with the process owners in the definition, documentation, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of business processes.
    • Work with the operational teams in Driving and delivering process heat maps that will help the organization to focus on Process Re-Engineering Projects with quantifiable business benefits in order to identify and execute Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives across the company.
    • Act as an advocate of Continuous Process Improvement throughout the company. This includes initiating Robotic Process Automation where applicable.

    Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in business, computer science or engineering or related fields

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process development and management area.
    • Experience in improvement initiatives.
    • Experience in telecommunication industry domain or relevant field is required.
    • General consulting skills: facilitation, workshops preparation, requirements capture.

    Skills

    • Proficient communication and planning skills
    • Fluent in English and preferably also in Arabic. 
    • Good writing and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of Business & IT Intersection.
    • Project Management experience is a plus.
