    • Associates/Bachelor'sDegree in IT or related field.
    • 1-3 years ofRemote Support experience.
    • Knowledge of thefull stack of Microsoft desktop and serverapplications.
    • Need experience with Office 365,Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Experiencewith Mac devices.
    • IT Certifications: MicrosoftMCP or CompTIA A+.
    • Knowledge of applicationslike AEC field such as AutoCAD andRevit.
    • Technical Awareness: able to matchresources to technical issues.
    • Diagnosis skillsof technical issues.
    • Excellent interpersonalskills, enjoy working with people, excellent telephone skills,active listener and customer care.
    • ManagedServices Provider (MSP) experience is aplus.
    • Experience with ConnectWise is aplus.
