- Associates/Bachelor'sDegree in IT or related field.
- 1-3 years ofRemote Support experience.
- Knowledge of thefull stack of Microsoft desktop and serverapplications.
- Need experience with Office 365,Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experiencewith Mac devices.
- IT Certifications: MicrosoftMCP or CompTIA A+.
- Knowledge of applicationslike AEC field such as AutoCAD andRevit.
- Technical Awareness: able to matchresources to technical issues.
- Diagnosis skillsof technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonalskills, enjoy working with people, excellent telephone skills,active listener and customer care.
- ManagedServices Provider (MSP) experience is aplus.
- Experience with ConnectWise is aplus.
