We are looking for Budget Profitability and Forecasting Analyst plays a crucial role in analysing and managing financial data to support budgeting, profitability analysis, and forecasting processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with department heads and finance teams to gather relevant financial data, assumptions, and business insights for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare forecasts to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present budget and forecast reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to management and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Conduct profitability analysis to assess the financial impact of different business activities, product lines, or customer segments.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial data.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
  • Develop financial models and tools to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and decisionmaking processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact financial forecasts and budget assumptions.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives, providing financial analysis and insights to support business objectives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, key performance metrics, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus.

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
