- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to policy development and compliance.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Engage with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training programs for employees at various levels.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.
- Coordinate and schedule employee development sessions.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Support the Total Rewards team in the development and enhancement of payroll-related policies and programs.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, with a desire to gain practical experience in various HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
