Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate properties and services, aligning with overall business objectives;
Collaborate with the sales team to understand target markets;
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and advertising campaigns;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends;
Native Russian speaker and have upperintermediate English;

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
You have knowledge in editing programmes such as canva pro, capcut, etc;
Proven experience (2 years) in marketing roles,
preferably within the real estate industry;
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing channels;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations;
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns;
Strong management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment;
