Description

Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel is looking for a dedicated Hotel Reservation Agent with a minimum experience of 2 years as a reservation agent.


Job Descriptions:


  • Answers guest questions about hotel facilities/services (hours of operation, room availability, restricted dates, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
  • Handles all incoming calls and guest inquiries to in accordance with the reservations standards.
  • Use sales techniques when assisting guests in making reservations, including personalizing calls, obtaining complete guest needs, suggesting alternate dates or directing guests to sister properties on sold out days.
  • Maintains complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
  • Maintains a high level of communication and feedback within the department.
  • Verifies all reservation information with callers to ensure accuracy.
  • Accommodates and document special requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Resolves guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Salary:
Up to AED1.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
