Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more, all within the dynamic context of the construction and real estate development industry.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the construction and real estate development field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and driving positive workplace culture

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Immediate availability
