Description
Façade Designer & Draftsman with minimum 3 years experience in Façade works


Duties:


  • Studying project specifications & requirements
  • Providing cost effective solutions and designs to match project requirements and budget
  • Preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as built drawings
  • Preparing Material submittal & technical submittal
  • Preparing Cutting lists & material take of
  • Attending technical meeting with clients & consultants to clarify, discuss & follow up the requirements
  • Following up with suppliers regarding inquiries & technical specifications and collecting technical data sheets
  • Monitoring site work and progress and coordinating with site supervisors.

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
