Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as a recruiter or in a related roleExperience with recruitment software and databases, particularly those with AI functionalityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work independently and in a team environment
