Job Title:
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and networking platforms.
Operations:
- Provide operational support in HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR and payroll regulations to ensure legal compliance.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns or grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on talent acquisition, payroll, and other HRrelated activities.
Policy and Compliance:
- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are in compliance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on talent acquisition and operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
- business partner, human resource: 1 year (preferred)
