Job Title:
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)


Key Responsibilities:

1.


Talent Acquisition:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and networking platforms.

Operations:


  • Provide operational support in HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR and payroll regulations to ensure legal compliance.

Employee Relations:


  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations into employee concerns or grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on talent acquisition, payroll, and other HRrelated activities.

Policy and Compliance:


  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are in compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP with a focus on talent acquisition and operations.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:

- business partner, human resource: 1 year (preferred)
- talent acquisition, hr operations: 1 year (preferred)
- human resource: 1 year (preferred)
