Description

• Lead and supervise the barista team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure highquality service and consistency.
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the coffee bar, including preparation, brewing, and presentation of coffee beverages.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement new recipes, seasonal offerings, and innovative coffee creations to enhance the menu and drive sales.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, cleanliness, and sanitation practices in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and coffee varieties to continually improve the coffee program.
• Lead the barista team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional performance and consistent delivery of highquality coffee beverages.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff, covering coffee preparation techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and tastings to enhance the skills and knowledge of the barista team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to support the training program and ensure alignment with company standards and values.
• Evaluate the performance of barista trainees and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help them reach their full potential.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a barista, with a strong foundation in coffee preparation techniques and customer service.
• Proven track record of leadership and training experience, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods, including espresso, pourover, and cold brew.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in every cup.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Certification in food handling and safety
