    PositionOverview:

    Asa Group CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist you willplay a crucial role in managing and optimizing our companysinteractions with customers clients and prospects via Hubspot. Youwill achieve this by supporting the Regional CRM managers withissues requirements and Hubspot feature training. You will beresponsible for onboarding new schools as well as supportingexisting schools on the Hubspot CRM application. You will beresponsible for auditing and monitoring Hubspot CRM modulesprocesses and functionalities and suggest optimizations. You willwork closely with crossfunctional teams including regionalmarketing admissions and External support agency to ensure wemanage the customer acquisition processes as well as existingcustomer journeys implemented in the HubspotCRM.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    HubspotCRM Onboarding and Support
    Supportthe Regional teams to onboard newly acquired schools on theadmissions process implemented inHubspot.

    Liaisethe regional CRM managers as well as the Regional Admissions headsto utilize the Marketing automation tools for the campaigns as wellas the Sales tools to nurture theleads.
    Optimizethe overall usage of application to improve daily operations andboostproductivity.
    Accordinglytrain regional teams on CRM usage best practices and data entryguidelines to ensure data sanity andintegrity.

    MarketingCampaigns:
    Collaboratewith the Regional CRM and Marketing team to create and implementemail marketing campaigns newsletters and other customercommunication materials inHubspot.
    Effectivelyutilize multiple channels like email WhatsApp website landing pagessocial lead gen posts and support the regions to get maximumconversions/enrolments.

    DataManagement andAnalysis:

    Manageand maintain the CRM database ensuring data accuracy integrity andhygiene.
    Regularlyanalyze customer data to identify trends preferences andopportunities for improvement for the schools and overallregion
    Generatereports and insights to inform decisionmaking for the upcoming CRMinitiatives and campaigns and share the insights with theregions.

    CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
    Workclosely with marketing admissions and communications teams to alignon CRM strategies with overall marketingefforts.
    Collaboratewith Admissions teams to ensure seamless lead management andnurturing processes or workflows are created to handle the incomingparentenquiries.

    AutomationandTechnology:
    UtilizeHubspot to automate tasks track school and parent interactions andstreamlineprocesses.
    Togetherwith regional teams identify opportunities for implementing newtechnologies or integrations to enhance CRM capabilities andcollaborate.
    Ensureeach new technology is vetted by the Group Tech team beforeproceeding.

    RegulatoryCompliance:
    Ensurethat all customer data management practices adhere to relevant dataprotection regulations (e.g. GDPRCCPA).

    CRMSupport AgencyManagement
    ConductWeekly status update meeting with the agency. To check the list ofresolved pending and upcoming tasks. Review solutions to ensurethere are no bottlenecks and keep deliverables ontrack.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Marketing IT Business or a related field (Mastersdegree is aplus).
    Musthave proven experience (typically 35 years) as a CRM Specialist orin a similarrole.
    Proficiencyin using Hubspot CRM software(Mandatoryrequirement)
    Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drawactionableinsights.
    Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
    Detailorientedwith a focus on data accuracy andquality.
    Familiaritywith email marketing tools and marketingautomation.
    Problemsolvingmindset and adaptability to changingcircumstances.
