    The Commercial Director is responsible for a wide range of commercial and business aspects of the organization, including:


    Developing and Implementing Commercial Strategy:
    Defining and executing strategies to increase company revenues, including expanding into new markets and developing existing ones

    Marketing and Promotion:
    Managing marketing and advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

    Engagement with Key Clients and Partners:
    Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key clients and business partners

    Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Optimizing profitability and cost control, participating in financial planning and budgeting

    Product Portfolio Management:
    Developing and implementing strategies for various products and services, although this may overlap with the responsibilities of a Product Director

    Leadership and Team Management:
    Leading the commercial team towards achieving business goals, promoting a culture of success, innovation, and continuous improvement

    Market Analysis and Business Intelligence:
    Conducting market research and analysis to keep ahead of industry trends and using insights to guide strategic decisions

    Contract Negotiation and Management:
    Negotiating and managing contracts with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to secure favorable terms for the company

    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensuring all commercial activities adhere to legal standards and industry regulations, while also managing business risks.
    Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

    Initiatives:
    Integrating sustainable practices and CSR into the commercial strategy to meet corporate values and social commitments.


    Qualifications:
    Extensive experience (5+ years) in global international sales, demonstrating a track record of success in penetrating diverse markets.
    Preference for experience with leading Chinese B-brands vendors, showcasing an understanding of their products and market strategies.
    Proficiency in sales channels related to smartphones or similar products, including telecom operators, retail, and distribution networks.
    Previous roles may include regional sales director positions, offering leadership and strategic direction within a specific geographical area.

    Familiarity with connected product panels, such as mobile accessories and memory cards, indicating versatility in product knowledge and sales strategies.

    This role requires a visionary leader with a robust understanding of the market, innovative strategies, and a commitment to driving business success while maintaining high ethical standards and corporate social responsibility
