The position isresponsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager and theproject team. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintainingdocumentation, and facilitating communication to ensure projects are deliveredon time and within scope.
Work Overview
Managing and organizing project-relateddocuments, contracts, and records.
Collaborating with procurement and logisticsdepartments to ensure timely scheduling.
Coordinating meetings, appointments, andproject timelines for team members and stakeholders.
Facilitating communication among projectteam members, stakeholders, and external parties.
Inputting and maintaining project-relateddata and information in databases or project management software.
Preparing and distributing progress reports,updates, and project status summaries.
Assisting in monitoring project budgets,expenses, and financial records.
Coordinating procurement activities, such aspurchasing supplies or equipment for the project.
Assisting in managing project resources,including personnel and equipment allocation.
Maintaining accurate records of projectactivities, expenditures, and correspondence.
Providing general administrative support toproject managers and team members, such as filing, copying, and managingcorrespondence.
Assisting in identifying and documentingproject risks and issues.
Ensuring project deliverables meet qualitystandards and assisting with quality assurance processes.
Supporting the onboarding of new teammembers and providing training on project-related processes and tools.
Requirements
Prerequisites
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft OfficeSuite), project management software, and collaboration tools are essential.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Degree in IT, Business or any related courses
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in IT Industry
