    Role Description

    We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Sales Manager-Off Plan with experience in property sales. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of off-plan property projects. The role involves meeting clients, providing them with guidance and helping them choose the right property to their needs. You will be required to develop ideas for sales-driving strategies, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with the marketing team. Furthermore, you will be responsible for devising sales performance metrics, business development, and drive sales numbers for off-plan projects. The role is on-site and is located in Dubai.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
    • 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan sales in Dubai
    • Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
    • Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets and goals
    • Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market and laws regulating it
    • Experience using CRM software and negotiation skills
    • Aptitude in financial analysis and knowledge of sales performance metrics
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
