- Degree in Science or Engineering or Job-related experience in Aviation Supply Chain Procurement environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain with Aviation organization.
- Ability to effectively negotiate price, quality, delivery, and other terms with suppliers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, purchase specifications, applicable regulations, and contractual terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of the component repair process would be desirable.
- Familiarity with airworthiness authorities requirements related to aviation materials/services.
- Quality Management and product knowledge are required.
- General knowledge of logistics, warehousing procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Excellent communication & reporting skills.
- Preferred software developmental skills using database.
- Preferred knowledge of the aviation industry process and function to be able to convincingly discuss the industry process and function with customers as well as internal and external experts to make recommendations.

We are seeking to hire a Technical Buyer, who will join our Supply Chain team.The Technical Buyer will be responsible for effective sourcing and executing the procurement of materials/aircraft components to meet company operational, quality, and ethical requirements and standards.
Manage relations with suppliers to ensure efficient & cost-effective procurement is achieved with continuous improvement to meet the supply chain & operational requirements.
