Position Summary

To collaborate closely with main retailers and local distributor/distributors to guarantee proper training for sales personnel selling the product to end consumers and retailers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail training strategy in line with organizational/divisional goals.
  • Oversee the training division, including field & classroom trainers and brand consultants.
  • Create a detailed training and development plan that covers various needs not limited to presentations, manuals, videos, and other resources to enhance training programs' effectiveness.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance training programs.
  • Evaluate training programs' impact on employee performance and business results, making improvements as necessary.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the training team.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
  • Assess training effectiveness and ensure skills taught are incorporated into daily work.
  • Develop training materials for products and sales techniques.
  • Provide sales training to various sales staff groups.
  • Monitor mystery shopping results to enhance service quality.
  • Identify current and future training needs across the region.
  • Utilize various training methods and digital learning techniques.
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Home Appliances or consumer electronics industry.
  • Ability to work well in different conditions and collaborate within a team.
  • Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Positive personality with high energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial sense, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Goal-oriented and adaptable to company objectives in varying situations.
