- Collaborate with marketing agencies to meet brand requirements, ensuring seamless communication.
- Devise monthly marketing strategies aligned with locations and seasonality, ensuring the brand stays on trend.
- Brief graphics designers and production teams effectively, ensuring a cohesive execution of marketing materials.
- Implement a performance marketing strategy for routine and sale periods, delivering KPI-driven results.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless updates and approvals, minimizing impact on marketing functions.
- Oversee production and execution of marketing materials across digital touchpoints, ensuring effective implementation.
- Generate regular reports, conduct post-campaign analysis, and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
- Engage with marketing arms of partner brands for effective collaborations and access to marketing materials.
- Contribute to yearly planning and budgeting activities as needed, bringing valuable financial planning experience.
- Manage quotations and invoices, track project budgets.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, malls & event management companies.
- Proven work experience in a similar Marketing role is a must.
- Hands-on experience running ads on digital platforms is preferred.
- Retail experience required, sports/fitness experience preferred but not compulsory.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong drive, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to grow within the industry.
