Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Packing and Unpacking:


  • Expertly pack and unpack suitcases with a keen eye for organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure that all travel essentials, clothing, accessories, and personal items are meticulously arranged and easily accessible.
  • Familiarity with highend fashion and accessories to handle delicate and valuable items with care.

Wardrobe Management:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive wardrobe inventory for each client, keeping track of clothing preferences, sizes, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with clients to curate outfits suitable for various occasions, ensuring they are wellcoordinated and reflect the client's personal style.

Travel Preparation:


  • Coordinate with clients and travel coordinators to gather information on upcoming travel plans and preferences.
  • Ensure all necessary items, from travel documents to specialized equipment, are packed and ready for each trip.

Luxury Service:


  • Provide 5* service, anticipating and fulfilling client needs before they arise.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of UHNW lifestyles and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Logistics and Coordination:


  • Work closely with travel coordinators, personal assistants, and other staff to synchronize travel plans and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Arrange for the transportation of luggage and personal items to and from various destinations.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Traveling Butler or a similar role, with a track record of serving UHNW clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of highend fashion, luxury brands, and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Education and Training:


  • Formal training in hospitality, butler services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in etiquette, wardrobe management, or related areas are a plus.
