- Manage the calendar, schedulemeetings and, preparing agendas and assist the SLT in staying ontrack with the daily schedule.
- Responsible fortravel arrangements and requirements, including obtaining visasrespectively.
- Provides smooth communicationbetween the SLT office and internal departments/directors,demonstrating leadership qualities in maintaining open andtransparent communication and support to theSLT.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of theSLT with leadership members and other Senior Directors/Directors onmatters relating to the SLT.
- Assist SLT inmeeting preparation and timely communication, both written andoral, with employees and external audiences. This may includedrafting correspondence and preparing other requiredpresentations/documentation with minimalsupervision.
- Manage all incoming requests intothe SLT office (via mail, phone or email), and making sure they areaddressed.
- Successfully completes criticalaspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, includingdrafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, andother tasks that facilitate the SLT's ability to leadeffectively.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs,handles tasks expeditiously, proactively and follows through onprojects to successful completion often with tightdeadlines.
- Discreet and confidential handlingof sensitive company information.
- Work withinternal audiences and SLT's direct reports to ensureagendas and deadlines are met.
- Manage andoversee that all expenses and invoices areprocessed.
- Documenting minutes of SLT meetingsand other meetings as required.
- Responsible forarranging any SLT's offsite meetings and otherfunctions.
- Undertake special projects under thedirection of the SLT and perform other duties asneeded.
- Ad-hoc support with projects,activities and tasks as needed.
