Our newest real estate agent will hit the ground running with not only our in-house generated leads but also with the provision of all the relevant high end marketing tools and platforms one requires to jump straight into the competition.

Objectives of this role

  • Assist buyers and sellers in the marketing and purchasing of real estate property at the best prices and with the best terms
  • Prefers to grow within the offplan market or secondary _(must be seeking growth within either one segment)_
  • Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
  • Develop business networks and collaborate with contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys
  • Should be/ should aim to become an Area Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of sales techniques _(minimum one year in a sales role)_
  • Strong negotiation skills experience in offering expert customer service.
  • Ability to work with discipline,integrity and dedication
  • Strong communication skills written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
  • Multilingual individuals would be preferred
  • Open to all Nationalities
  • Must have some understanding of the Dubai Real Estate market
  • Must be a team player with an urge to succeed

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
