    The UAE KAM will lead Key account's by ensuring achievement of sales targets.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY RESULTS Sales in / sales out and market share growth in non-visited pharmacies via CHC portfolio
    • Realizes the criteria of the annual JBP agreements (sell-out, distribution-New Launch) in the regions and branches it is responsible for.
    • Develop an annual strategic business plan.
    • Manage stock level through sell-in&sell-out management
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan together with Sales, TRM and Marketing to lead the category and to ensure a competitive advantage.
    • Contribute to IBP- TM process in the means of sales forecasting and S&OP meeting by integrating competitive information
    • Successfully lead and execute activations and campaigns within the scope of responsibility.
    • Build-up strong& sustainable relationship with customer / branches.
    • Take overall launch plan responsibilities for all phases of the 'New Launch Excellence Plan's in responsible branches
    • Analyzing market developments, competition and formulate appropriate proposals to develop growth opportunities, including customer specific tools.
    • Assessing CHC market activities/trends at wholesaler to identify new opportunities
    • Lead risk management with customers in unplanned situation
    • Meet the MSL (Must Stock List) targets
    • Track & Manage Product Expiry dates & take necessary actions before the deadlines
    • Improve the product & category knowledge of wholesaler personnel by making regular brand / category presentations
    • Branch-based SISO tracking and reportingKey KPI's:
    • Sell-in, Sell-out, Market Share realization
    • Non- visited pharmacies' sales, distribution & market share realization
    • Non-Promo brand sell-out and market share performance
    • Realization of annual JBP targets in branches under its responsibility
    • Realizing distribution targets undefined
    Role Requirements:*Experience & knowledge:
    +3 years of experience in a similar role, FMCG / FMCH experience is a plus BA in Pharmacy / or Business-Related degree Experienced in senior stakeholder managementCore competencies:
    Growth mindset with intellectual curiosity, strong learning agility to absorb leading-edge knowhow from the industry Shows initiative, while demonstrating strong leadership and a pursuit of business outcomes
    Language skills:
