Information Technology Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Al Khayama Group

Description

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, availability, and reliability of the company's IT systems
• Identify, recommend, and implement IT solutions that meet the company's needs and objectives
• Manage and lead the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, such as GDPR and ISO 2700
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address ITrelated issues and requirements
• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management
• Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and databases
• Strong knowledge of IT best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Experience in managing IT projects from initiation to closure
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
