    About theTeam

    • Intent Labs is acuttingedge initiative focused on acquiring new customers throughthe intelligent analysis of user intent.
    • Oursophisticated platform strategically procures from multiple trafficsources delivering tailored engagement experiences to each uniqueuser in realtime and dynamically selecting the most pertinent adsto showcase.

    Responsibilitiesa. Product Strategy andPlanning

    • Identify markettrends customer needs and business objectives through extensivedata analysis to shape the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders including advertisersbusiness teams and users to prioritize features and enhancementsbased on datadriven insights and performance improvementopportunities.
    • Conduct indepth competitiveanalysis to identify emerging techniques and stay at the forefrontof industry advancements.

    b. AdTech Performance EnhancementDevelopment

    • Collaborateclosely with the adtech engineering team to define and deliverperformance enhancement solutions leveraging analytical skills toidentify areas of improvement.
    • Utilize dataanalysis techniques to translate performance enhancementrequirements into technical specifications and actionabletasks.
    • Ensure seamless integration ofperformance enhancement features within the adtech ecosystem whilemaintaining a strong focus on datadriven decisionmaking.

    c. Product Launch andPerformance

    • Plan andexecute successful product launches establishing key performanceindicators (KPIs) that align with the desired ad performanceenhancements.
    • Continuously identify andanalyze patterns and trends in data to proactively identify areasfor improvement and iterate on the product based on datadriveninsights and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with marketingand sales teams to develop effective messaging and gotomarketstrategies utilizing analytical findings to highlight the achievedperformance enhancements.

    d. CrossFunctionalCollaboration

    • Workclosely with advertisers business teams and users to understandtheir needs gather feedback and utilize analytical skills toprovide datadriven recommendations for enhancing adperformance.
    • Collaborate with data engineeringteams to ensure the availability and quality of data required forperformance optimization and extensive analysis.
    • Partner with customer success teams to gather feedbackfrom advertisers and incorporate it into product enhancementsleveraging analytical skills to identify underlying issues andpropose effective solutions.
    • Collaborate withother product managers ad operations and analytics teams to alignefforts and maximize overall ad performance through datadriven andanalytically guided solutions.

    Who should apply for thisrole

    • BE/B.Tech degree incomputer science engineering mathematics marketing or a relatedfield. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Provenexperience in product management of 57 years(plus if within Adtechor digital advertising industry) with a strong emphasis onanalytical skills for problem identification and solutionfinding.
    • Experience collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including engineering data science andbusiness teams.
    • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to translate technicalconcepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies andexperience in an iterative product developmentenvironment.
    • Experience leading complexstrategic and operational initiatives working through technicaloperational and business challenges & problemsolving.
    • You also keep in touch withtechnological advancements and understand the impact of newstandards on product design & development.
