Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and expertise in e-commerce.

As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales in the digital space.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the overall brand objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention in the FMCG industry.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including brand management, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to identify target audiences, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experience, strong product presentation, and effective conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing and ecommerce space, exploring new opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver highquality creative assets within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in creative marketing, brand management, and ecommerce within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and online sales.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and consumer behavior in the FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve marketing goals.
