    MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE


To provide administrative support across the Aircraft Maintenance Training function and contribute towards providing sufficient visibility of training performance, through the efficient and timely flow of information, in order that effective decisions can be made.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates and distributes office and training stationary, equipment, apprentice uniforms (for training staff) as well as required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Distributes training calendar to Line Managers and other team members for rostering purposes.
  • Acts as the focal point for all staff training requirements and training facility bookings.
  • Compiles weekly/monthly reporting of student attendance, performance, sickness and absence to Head of Department and HR.
  • Supports department meetings though the creation and distribution of agendas and minutes and ensuring appropriate follow through, whether internal or external.
  • Coordinates all correspondence and decision making on behalf of the Head of Department during their absence (with their approval).
  • Act as focal communication point for external vendors and training providers in relation to obtaining airport passes and providing training rooms
  • Provides guidance and support to all new joiners and coordinates their joining formalities.

Qualifications:


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum Education Level

  • High School Diploma
Languages

  • Fluent in English

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Years with Qualifications

  • 3
Systems Knowledge (if applicable)

  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable skills in the effective organization and execution of multiple and complex administrative duties.

ISR REQUIREMENTS


Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.

Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
