Description

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the successful management and operation of Louzan Group online sales.

This includes managing all ecommerce activities such as content strategy, web analytics, web design, customer service, web development and budgeting.

The Ecommerce Manager will also coordinate and implement the most relevant practices to enhance the customer experience and drive ecommerce sales growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related feild.

Menimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing an ecommerce business or related experience.

Strong understanding of web design, web analytic,tools and ecommerce marketing.

Excellent analytic skills to translate data into actionable plans.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., shopify, magento, eoocommerce) and CRM software.

Experience iwith SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns is a plus.
