Description

Maintain and Update personnel files, HR database, Reports with different information such as new hires, terminations, warnings, vacations and days off.


  • Help in payroll management, (track attendance, leave database, additions / deductions etc.) and wire transfers of salaries.
  • Post job ads on careers pages and process received resumes, set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
  • Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist for visa processing. Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner.
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
  • Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis
  • Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formats

Requirements:


  • Must possess management degree in human resources.
  • Must be familiar with UAE labor laws
  • Proven experience in handling HR role for minimum 3 years
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook/ System 5, Word, Excel and HR software.
  • Must possess ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Excellent organizational, timemanagement and multitasking skills
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with exceptional attention to detail, problem solver who can consistently deliver optimum results.
  • Selfdisciplined with the ability to work independently and responsibly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
