Core Responsibilities:

  • To manage the team assigned to him to ensure monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • To sell Core Islamic products in the assigned business territory.
  • To build and maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • To ensure effective sales progress through reporting/tracking systems and antiattrition processes.
  • To conduct promotional activities, meetings, and road shows to achieve or exceed budgeted sales volumes.
  • To recommend facilities proposed by the team and crossselling opportunities.
  • To manage business complexity in view of competition and identify crossselling opportunities.
  • To motivate the team by awarding high performers and guiding others to improve their performance.
  • Continuous suggestions on changes and ways of improving products.
  • Growth in portfolio revenue, number of new clients added, client satisfaction index, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 35 years of experience in selling banking products or financial industry.
  • Proactive, customerfocused, and service quality.
  • Strong sales skills, high motivation, and ability to develop strong professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of FAB Islamic retail products, good computer and organizational skills.
  • Competitive and multicultural awareness, leadership, team management, and comprehensive sales skills.
