Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
Supervise production workers and oversee the production process.
Monitor the production line to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure that production meets quality standards and that production targets are met within the given timeframe.
Schedule and assign tasks to production workers
Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planned general inspections, loss control tours, and other kinds of audits as per the TLBU QHSE requirements.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Conduct regular audits and walk around to review the potential losses in the areas of responsibilities.
Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
Monitor productionrelated consumables and procurement of related items
Ensure machine maintenance schedules are kept up to date and carried out
Manages operation budget through analysis of hours per ton for each project/work order to run within the project budget.

Experience:

year's experience in a similar position handling
lubricant production in a reasonably complex multinational environment, preferably from the lubricants industry.

Handson experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO Environmental) Management systems

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or another relevant area.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month
