    9. Monitoring property market updates and providing expert advice to customers.
    10. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
    11. Maintaining regular communication with team leaders.
    12. Exercising problem-solving skills under pressure.

    Essential Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related fields.
    2. Proficiency in English, as well as other languages.
    3. 0-1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market (beginners welcome).
    4. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and buying process.
    5. Ability to balance, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    6. Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
