Description
Monitor and manipulate power plant system andcomponents under direction of the main control room operatorsutilizing approved procedures and instructions as per theregulatory requirements, operating policies and principles, nuclearstandards for nuclear safety, industrial safety, and environmentalprotection to ensure overall business performance objectives areachieved.
Key Activities,Responsibility & Accountability
personal responsibility for safety; follow company HSE policies,procedures and instructions; avoid complacency and continuouslychallenge existing conditions and activities in order to identifydiscrepancies that might result in error or in appropriate action;report any situation that could present a hazard; not intentionallyor recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at theworkplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protectionor management of the environment.
•Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures, andinstructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work,by applying them on self, others, and corporateassets.
• Follow all relevant BusinessContinuity and Resilience requirements for compliance with, andadherence to, policies, procedures and instructions related to theeffective planning for, and response to, incidents and/or businessdisruptions in order to continue critical business processes andactivities with minimal adverse impact.
