Description

We are currently seeking for a Area Sales Manager (all genders) for our client, a innovative and specialized market leader in the field of air filtration.


In this position, you will be responsible for developing the market in the United Arab Emirates, maintaining existing business relationships and acquiring new customers.

Our Head of Operations, Maximilian Thies, will get in touch with you after reviewing your documents.

Tasks

  • Implement the annual objectives of the Filtration business unit's Sales plan, aligned with our customers' growth strategies.
  • Cultivate new customer relationships through inperson meetings, presentations, and seminars.
  • Coordinate regional business operations to surpass the set targets for bookings and sales.
  • Address inquiries about custom products while promoting the adoption of standard products when feasible.
  • Engage in both technical and commercial discussions with clients.
  • Target strategic Key Markets to uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or a related commercial role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial distribution setting.
  • Skilled in market development.
  • Proven track record in a direct sales role.
  • Capable of working autonomously with little oversight.
  • Successful history of generating and sustaining direct sales.
  • Experienced in negotiating terms and conditions.
