Our client, a top government entity in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Talent Performance Management Team Lead to join their dynamic team.

The team lead will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class talent performance methodologies and practices.


The role:

  • Implement the People Performance Management PPM policies and procedures in coordination with the division directors and section mangers
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for line managers and employees aimed at educating them about the People Performance Management PPM System
  • Maintain and abide by the talent performance management framework, guidelines, and timeline
  • Update and archive all performance management system documents and ensure the confidentiality of their information
  • Followup on the employees' grievances after the results of the final annual appraisals regarding the linkage to rewards (promotions, periodic increments, and bonuses) in collaboration with the Talent Services section
  • Identify low performing talents (under the level of performance needs improvement) and state the reasons, and develop and followup on the performance improvement plans
  • Identify the most evident areas for improvement in the employees' competencies and oversee that reports are prepared accordingly to consider them when identifying training needs and designing talent development programs
  • Implement the People Performance Management system and contribute to the results analysis and prepare feedback to the concerned bodies in coordination with the Human Resources Authority (HRA)

Responsibilities:


  • University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferably holds a Master's degree
  • 79 years' experience in Human Resources within performance management
  • Must be very agile, able to deal with a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Must be able to give presentations to senior leadership (Chair) at short notice
  • Excellent communication skills in English
