    • To supervise the bell attendants,valet parking, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures arefully known and followed.
    • To ensureuncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of thevehicles and work place.
    • To ensure that allbell attendants are attentive, providing top service to all guestschecking in / checking out and within the lobbyareas.
    • To handle all luggage in and outmovements from guests checking in and out, including buggy serviceneeds requested by guests.
    • To ensure the safetyof vehicles and its passengers by complying with the roadregulations and the safety and security procedures at alltimes.
    • To personally inspect the vehicles andto ensure they all are in perfect workingconditions.
    • To schedule the vehicles forservice on a distance traveled basis as defined by the manufactureror whenever needed.
    • To monitor vehicles logbooks and to provide fuel vouchersaccordingly.
    • To ensure appropriate stock levelfor the smooth run of the Limousine Service and Valet Parkingservices and to prepare requisitionsaccordingly.
    • To ensure a proper coverage andsupervision of drivers and valets at alltimes.
    • To handle outsourced valet parking staffwhen needed and to ensure the same hotel standards and proceduresare respected.
    • To conduct a daily line upbriefing with the drivers / valet parking team to recapitulatetasks and activity.
