    • Analyzing and evaluating pricingand costing systems of the goods and services of the healthcareorganization.
    • Responsible for financialreporting and providing financial support for various departments.The value of services in healthcare organizations determines thevalue of the services that flow through healthcare supplychains.
    • Responsible for business planning,preparing, variance analysis, coordinating the budget withmanagement, and performing revisions or simulations if needed.Participating in quarterly and annualbudgets.
    • Responsible for daily administrativeoperations, monitoring expenses, and suggesting cost-effectivealternatives.
    • Developing policies andprocedures to ensure effective and efficient costing &financial management.
    • Collaboration withcross-functional teams to develop and maintain cost accountingsystems, processes, and procedures to capture, track, and reportcost data.
    • Responsible for profitability andmargin management.
    • Payroll management managespayroll cost allocation and all other staff cost management, direct& indirect.
    • Responsible forimplementing Activity-based costing (ABC), which breaksorganizational resource use down by patient, provider, serviceline, diagnosis-related group, or other relevant categories.Provide a more accurate and granular view of the costs of eachservice or product used in patientcare.
    • Estimating the total cost of eachclinical department, the cost report uses traditional costingmethods to allocate overhead costs to clinical departments,allowing hospitals to estimate the total cost ofeach.
    • Engaging physicians who can increasephysician engagement to advance their cost accountingapproach.
    • Reviewing contracts, financialreporting, analysis, budgeting, and compensationevaluation.
