Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.

  • Analyse alcoholic beverage business.
  • Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Manage cost and quality controls.

  • Manage customer service.
  • Manage food and beverage operations.
  • Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage training.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,800.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Waiter: 1 year (preferred)
