    • Behave and carry out tasks andresponsibilities in a professionalmanner
    • Punctual to report for duties and promptto disseminate services to guests.
    • Is wellorganized to carry out job tasks with necessary accessories readyand at hand.
    • Fully aware of arrivals,departures, and guest movement in theresort.
    • Always prepared to handle guestrequests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through tomaximize the service standard.
    • Knowledgeableabout fire and safety procedures.
    • Deals Guestcomments and concerns systematically and keeps superiors informedof the same.
    • Committed and suggests/introducesnew initiatives that are focused on enhancing the guestexperience.
    • Report health or safety hazards tothe supervisor.
    • Perform other duties asassigned by the Management.
