- Perform duties in accordance withthe Standard Operating procedures and Guidelines of theresort.
- Assist Front Office Department withdaily operations, check-in, check-out, andupselling.
- Maintain high standards in personalappearance. Is well groomed, hygienically clean, and properlyattired in uniform to carry out duties at alltimes.
- Behave and carry out tasks andresponsibilities in a professionalmanner
- Punctual to report for duties and promptto disseminate services to guests.
- Is wellorganized to carry out job tasks with necessary accessories readyand at hand.
- Fully aware of arrivals,departures, and guest movement in theresort.
- Always prepared to handle guestrequests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through tomaximize the service standard.
- Knowledgeableabout fire and safety procedures.
- Deals Guestcomments and concerns systematically and keeps superiors informedof the same.
- Committed and suggests/introducesnew initiatives that are focused on enhancing the guestexperience.
- Report health or safety hazards tothe supervisor.
- Perform other duties asassigned by the Management.
