Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and support with administrative responsibilites for the team.

Responsibilities:

We envisage success in this role to include;- Organize and manage design project files and records, maintain version control and proper naming conventions.- Facilitate team communication and schedule meetings, distribute project-related information to stakeholders.- Assist in creating project timelines and monitoring progress, help allocate resources for design projects.- Arrange travel and coordinate with suppliers, handle administrative tasks and financial documentation.- Maintain a positive client relationship and assist in proposals.- Review design deliverables for accuracy and consistency.- Familiarize with design software and provide basic technical support.- Assist in organizing design-related events and workshops.- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design concepts.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 2 years partnered with Bachelors Degree in Urban Design.
