    Description

    We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Loyalty Marketing and CRM Executive. This position will initially be a 12-month contract with the view to renewing and is with a leading hospitality group in Dubai.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of Salesforce CRM and loyalty programme, driving customer engagement, and promoting the brand and hotel products and services.

    You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute CRM

    strategies aligned with the client's business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support CRM and loyalty programme implementation and management, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging and targeted campaigns that promote our brand, loyalty programme, and hotel offerings.
    • Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and execute targeted customer journeys and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with hotel marketing and sales teams to implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives. Understand hotel and target audience needs, working cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Assist in the execution of communications across various channels, including email marketing, social media, push notifications, and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
    • Create compelling and consistent messaging that resonates with the target audience. Develop persuasive copy that highlights the unique selling points of the hotel, loyalty programme, and offers.
    • Ensure that messaging is consistent across different communication channels.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
    • Support hotel marketing teams in utilizing the CRM system effectively, providing ongoing guidance on best practices, system functionalities, and data management.
    • Assist with technical or operational CRM issues as needed.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or digital marketing is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of CRM principles, loyalty programmes, and customer segmentation.
    • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating reports.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of the hotel industry or hospitality sector is a plus.
