We are in need of
Team Leader (RCBI/Real Estate Sales), to work for our client based in Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily & bimonthly planning to deliver sales goals for their team
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a sales plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Achieve planned monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets of their respective sales team along with the Management.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of their respective sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Ensure ongoing training of the sales team
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with B2B agents & business partners

Skills and Qualifications Required:


  • Educational Qualifications
  • Must have MBA
  • Total Sales experience of 510 years with min 2 years of Residency & Citizenship By Investment experience
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must. Knowledge of French would be a bonus
  • Displays good judgment in handling confidential information
  • Organized, detailoriented and able to prioritize work appropriately

Required Technical Skills:


  • Possess basic PC skills; good presentation skills including word processing, mail and contact management, spreadsheets, and presentations. Must be proficient in Outlook & MS Office products
  • Salesforce User experience is not a must but is desirable

Salary:
AED12, ,000 depedning on experience (all inclusive)
