Responsibilities:

*Install and finish wood and laminate flooring to meet high-quality standards
*Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size and shape
*Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to install baseboards, trim, and other finishing touches
*Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
*Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed

Requirements:

*At least 4 years of on-the-job experience in finishing carpentry, with a focus on wood and laminate flooring installation and to be able to recognize and classify wood materials.
*Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
*Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and schematics
*Familiarity with a range of carpentry tools and techniques
*Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
*Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a variety of environments
