    Description

    Promote safety conduct of all work on siteand conduct Supervisors meetings.

    Ensure HSEinformation and records are collated to facilitate the HSEplan.

    Conduct HSE inductions and TBTs and keeprecords of attendees and promote a positive safetyculture.

    Stop unsafe acts being undertaken byanyone whilst at work and not to allow tasks to continue in anunsafe manner.

    Ensure workers use correct PPE forthe type of work being carried out.

    Report anyaccident, incident or near miss immediately, as per Companyprocedure and prevent the area being tampered with and carry outinvestigations to determine the root, basic and immediate causesand ensure that corrective actions are implemented for all HSErelated events.

    Assist in the care of injuredparties and Ensure Subcontractors, consultant and client teamadhere to the safety requirements.

    Ensure thesite welfare facilities (rest areas, water, toilets etc.) aresufficient and in acceptable order.

    Arrange thirdparty HSE inspections and training on site asrequired.

    To support and participate in ensuringcompliance with the relevant law, ISO 14001,

    ISO45001 and Client's requirements (where applicable) asadvised by the Group IMS and Report To (on accountabilities andresponsibilities).

    Carries out any additionaltasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) byBusiness Unit head.
