Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO, handling sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in HRrelated tasks, including coordination of staff meetings and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee accounting duties, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with team members across departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably with CEOs of multicompany enterprises.
- Strong proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and diverse tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
