Description

Responsibilities:

Decorating a cake with fondant from A-Z (cutting the cake sponge, assembling the cake using various fillings/creams, covering the cake with ganache then fondant, and decorating the cake.
Painting on cakes and cookies
Decorating cake pops, cookies, cupcakes etc...
Creating 3D fondant toppers with GREAT detail
Styro carving and fake cake decorating
Making fondant/ gumpaste flowers Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences.
High attention to detail is a MUST small details matter Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned according to the company standard, and presented properly in a clean safe, and sanitary manner, according to all established procedures, performance standards, and local health department regulations.
Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food borne illness.
Must be able to perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant if needed.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Cake Decorating: 3 years (preferred)
