You will be responsible for accurately assessing the costs of materials, labor, and other resources required for these projects, ensuring that estimates align with project budgets and goals.

Your expertise in cost estimation, project analysis, and industry trends will contribute to informed decision-making and the overall success of the organization's projects.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to determine the quantities and types of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services required for each project.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimations.

Utilize software and tools to create detailed and comprehensive estimates that include material costs, labor costs, overhead, and contingency allowances.

Work closely with project managers and other relevant teams to refine project budgets and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information and stay up-to-date on market trends.

Negotiate favorable pricing and terms to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Responsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate materials.

Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scopeResponsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope Identify design and construct ability issues and analysis to determine construct abilityDefine more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of projectAct as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and clientResponsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract typesDetermine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.)Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps Offer suggestions to the Chief Estimator or appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures.

Your job involves interiors of building, residential, offices, bank, shops, hotels and restaurants.
Responsible for managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc.
