Requirements:


Maintenance Oversight:


  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, systems, and structures.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to budget.

Safety and Compliance:


  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Implement emergency response plans and ensure the readiness of the facilities for various scenarios.

Budget Management:


  • Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational expenses, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising the quality of services and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and financial transactions related to facility management.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:


  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, custodians, and other facilityrelated personnel.
  • Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Project Management and Progress Monitoring:


  • Plan, execute, and monitor facilityrelated projects, including renovations and upgrades.
  • Define project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Regularly track and report project progress to senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing potential delays or challenges.

Tenant Relations:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants' facilityrelated concerns, inquiries, and requests.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing issues promptly and ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Benefits

Monthly Salary:
AED 11,000 to 13,000 (Depends on experience)
