Rockworks and Accropode SupervisorJan De Nul Dredging Ltd, Abu DhabiPosition Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual with hands-on experience in rockworks and Accropode construction to oversee and manage these critical aspects of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating rock placement and Accropode installation, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of rockworks and Accropode construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Oversee the placement and positioning of rocks and Accropodes according to engineering designs.
Manage a team of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and identify any issues or deviations from plans.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in rockworks and Accropode construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage resources and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed.
