    Account Manager/Customer Success Specialist

    An experienced professional is needed to assist customers in getting the most out of our application. They will help clients become familiar with our platform and train them on how it can benefit their operations.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our application. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer success, be able to analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements. They will also be responsible for conducting webinars and training sessions to educate customers on new features and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client accounts and ensure a smooth implementation process for new customers.
    • Provide initial and ongoing training to help customers maximize the value of our application.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
    • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
    • Represent the customer's voice by providing feedback to our development team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a startup or small business environment.
    • Project management certification.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
